Hi,
You can use the attached schedule file (was sent to the list a while
ago).
The command syntax is:
flirt -in resampled_inputimage -ref referenceimage -schedule
measurecost1.sch
It is the first value in the output that matters.
You can isolate this by using some pipe commands. That is:
flirt .... | head -1 | cut -f1 -d' '
Note that in the above the resampled_inputimage is the _output_ from
a previous flirt command (that is, the resampled, transformed image that
should match the reference image).
