Sorry, a couple quick follow-ups:
I I want to run a pre vs. post comparison looking at only, for example, the
left-sided subjects, is it ok to do so on the skeleton created with right
and left-sided subjects?
If so, and I set up a paired two-sample t-test as described in the FEAT
manual, would I just zero out the subjects I do not want to include?
Finally, I'm getting a nifti_read_buffer error when running randomise, but
my version of FSL doesn't seem to have the correctheader program that you
recommend. Is there an easy way to get that?
Thanks,
Nathan
