Dear Rachel
We do not add it to the server until the embargo has cleared.

Subject: Handling embargoed etheses
Dear all
How are you handling embargoed etheses where you do not wish to make either
the metadata or full text available for a set period of time? We use the
EPrints software. At the moment, we have embargoed theses sitting in the
buffer area. This isn't ideal. We're looking for a simple solution. Any
suggestions?
Thanks
Rachel
