MATLAB returns NaN for division by zero. My understanding from what you say
is that you set things up in a slightly different manner that caused
division by zero. Doesn't mean the entire analysis is wrong, but you might
want to go back and see what you did with your preprocessing.

The glass brain basically shows the projection of the activation on the
axial, coronal and sagital planes. There is nothing inherently right or
wrong about it, it is just something that the software spit out. The red
leftward-pointing arrow shows where the activation is present in that plane.
When you move it in one projection, the arrow will shift in another
projections as well to reveal the corresponding spot on that projection.

You're right. Thats definitely not significant.
