Even so, isn't it more an importance of 'modernism' everywhere,
obviously including much of Europe, rather than just of the US? Again,
I wouldnt deny some of your points about Britain, nor Tim Allen's
mention of The Movement, which is being celebrated this year it seems,
in which a resistance to modernist forms played a large role....
