I haven't tried either of these myself, but therota.com
(http://www.therota.com/) is 'web-based software for building and
distributing staff working schedules' and Rotaboard
(http://www.rotaboard.com/) is a free ' online rota management service'.
cheers, Mia

Subject: Online rota systems
Hello all,
I am doing some research on behalf of a colleague into online or
electronic staff rota systems. Currently excel spreadsheets are being
used to organize staff and volunteer shifts and is proving to be
extremely time consuming.
Does anyone have any experience or know of any software (preferably
free!) that could be used to streamline this process?
Many thanks,
Lydia McDowall
