Hi - that's right - BET is used in the 4D data preprocessing but not
on example_func, the image extracted before the preprocessing, and the
image used in the registrations.
We have found it more accurate not to run BET on example_func, but we
do recommend having run it on the structural that you enter into the
FEAT registration GUI.
