I hope someone can provide some details on this, which has been in the back
of my mind for some time.
I believe there was a case some years ago which went to the Tribunal. An
individual had made a subject access request and received some information,
however they did not believe it was everything that was held and requested
the information which was held on servers. This was refused claiming
disproportionate effort, however the Tribunal said that as the information was
personal data and held it should be provided.
I have tried various searches but have been unable to locate the details of
this case.
Can anyone help? Am I even remembering this right?
Hopefully yours
