Thanks, I'll take a look at it.
In the meantime, the best book about learning to write proofs I've found over
the last 15-20 years is "Mathematical Reasoning: Writing and Proof" by Ted
Sundstrom. If you can find it, the first edition is better.
She'd have to buy it, but it's well worth the investment.
