Hello list-members,
In 10 months we are moving to a new library and are looking at this as
an opportunity to take an innovative approach to service delivery
especially reader/counter services - has anyone out there metaphorically
ripped up the 'library handbook' and dramatically changed your practice.
If so, how did you do this? Were the changes positive or negative? Would
you have done anything differently?
Any suggestions gratefully received ...
