Thanks Sarah and Mark.
We are using a temporary username/password to get logged on in the
meantime - the "meantime" being several months so far.
Looking forward to news from IHS.

Hi Paul, Sarah,
I'll be putting out a release from IHS about these issues on this list
over the next couple of days but in the mean-time can anyone having an
issue with IHS email me directly with details?
Many thanks

Hi Paul,
It is incredibly frustrating. I met with our IHS rep last week who told
me that they are working on a resolution that's currently in test phase,
and she was confident that it should be sorted soon, although she
couldn't give me any timescale. I've been chasing this issue regularly.
It's probably not much help, but we've been issued with a separate URL,
username and password for off-camous use (we've had IP address access
enabled for on-campus) and that seems to have helped most of our users
access the service. We're quite lucky in that we have a relatively small
number of users for this resource so we've been able to target people.
Interestingly, our usage statistics don't seem to have gone down much if
at all during this period; I suppose we've just been lucky! It's no
substitute for fully working access though.
Best wishes,
Sarah

Dear all,
I was surprised to find that there still appears to be no resolution to
this state of affairs, more than one month on - extremely frustrating.

Dear Nadine,
JISC Collections is still trying to get that information out of IHSTI
itself.
I can assure you we are as frustrated as you are.
Kind regards,
Liam
