Dear All,
Is anyone else experiencing problems with their subscription to Research
into Higher Education Abstracts Online?
We eventually (after a long period of chasing) managed to start a new online
subscription in April 2009. Since then, we have not been able to search
RIHEA online using the direct url - http://www.informaworld.com/rihea -
without getting multiple results messages saying "Sorry - record recently
removed from the database". We've had a request in for the technical team
at Informaworld to try to resolve the issue since June but have not heard
anything, despite chasing.
Am curious whether we are the only institution in this situation!
