Wouldn't this just be estimated if you add scanner type as a parameter in your model?
Have you scanned any of the same subjects pre and post upgrades? That would likely be needed if a calibration was even possible.... Which I am not sure.
I'm also curious what the community thinks about this.... For example even scanning different subjects on the same type of equipment/scanner but at two different sites....
