I can't think of any reason (except for a bug) why this is happening.
Would you mind uploading your data onto our server so that I can
replicate this (i.e. I would need the bedpostx directory, the seed/
waypoint/exclusion masks, and an example probtrackx directory, all tar-
zipped).
