Hi,
No - timeseries data is taken from filtered_func_data, which has been
fully preprocessed by FEAT - but FEAT never "corrects" for the HRF
delay - it models it in the model creation and fitting.
The timeseries data are unitless - as the input data is unitless -
though the whole 4D dataset has been scaled to have a within-brain
mean of 10,000
Cheers, Steve.
