As I said, you need to invert the x component (first row) of your bvecs
file. For every number in this row, reverse the sign.
Peace,
Matt.

Hey guys,
So I've taken a look at the orientation of my images (and have run a test
image with a visible marker). The orientation of the input images, as well
as the bvecs seem to be fine.
Any idea what could be causing this? Matt Glasser mentioned that my lines
weren't in the appropriate orientation- how can I check this, and what can I
do to rectify it?
Regards,
Massih
