Hi,

If you are running with the default options then the thresh* maps are
in MNI152 space, but at a 4mm isotropic voxel size. You can either
(i) use a 2mm isotropic voxel size in the GUI so that the MNI152 2mm
template matches (analysis might take a long time then and/or not
even finish due to memory limitations on your system)
(ii) up-sample the thresh* maps to 2mm after melodic finished
(iii) down-sample the MNI 152 2mm brain to 4mm isotropic
