Hi Stathis,
Considering that you have calculated the tensor using dtifit output
format, you should have a file called something like dti_tensor.nii.gz
Then you can use this file within vecreg as follows:
vecreg --tensor=dti_tensor --output=my_rotated_tensor --
ref=my_ref_volume --warpfield=fnirt_warpfield
