Vecreg has the --tensor option, so I assume so.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] FNIRT on DTI
Hello,
It seems that fnirt gives excellent results when applied to FA images from a
diffusion tensor. I was wondering whether there is a way to apply that
transform
back to the tensor image. I saw in the archives that you can use the --fout
file
as an input warpfield to vecreg, as in
vecreg -i <V1file> -o <transformed_V1file> -r
<reference_given_to_fnirt> -w <warpfield_given_by_fnirt>
can I use a tensor instead of a vector for that? Or is there another way I
can
accomplish this?
Thank you very much for this excellent software.
