This error is due to a little mistake in the bedpostx script.
In short: for non-SGE users, the monitoring process gets killed before
it has a chance to check for itself whether to stop or not, which it
should do if everything went fine.
We will try to fix this for the future. In the meantime, you can check
whether bedpostx has finished successfully by looking at files such as
merged_th1samples etc in the bedpostx directory and checking that they
have the same number of slices than the data.
