Hi Lutz:
Yeah, that is definitely the problem. That kind of "hardware stereo"
is for a CRT and the special video card it needs.
Fortunately, we don't need any of that.
Try issuing the scheme command
(zalman-stereo-mode)
AFAIK, it is not yet implemented as a menu item (but you can make one,
which is what I did).
I am also using the DVI cable and adaptor, fwiw.
