Hi,
I am not following this. I am trying to solve a protein-peptide complex
(protein is chain A and peptide is chain B in CCPN). In Aria GUI, it is
represented as 'CCPN name Shc|A|B'.
In Aria, if I select the following flags in 'CCPN data model', I am getting
the before mentioned error, (otherwise, if I do not want to transfer the
assignments, everything works ok):
a) Export restraint list- last iteration
b) Export assignment: yes
c) Export structures : no
Am I doing something wrong? If yes, how should I get around this problem
since I want to check the peaks which Aria has rejected during the calculations?
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Lalit
Tim says:
"Try selecting a sequence that has already been put in the CCPN project".
(I hope that means something to you!)
