That's not a scarf, it's a kerchief and wimple. And it's not really
different. There's just a kind of (golden?) crown/headband added and both
pieces of fabric had gold borders. The last is something not worn in
practice, especially not by nuns, and the crown is probably another way of
saying: this was a noble, or even royal saint. She would not have worn that
in reality.
