      KAPPA: Fix bug in COLLAPSE calculating fraction of created bad pixels for large datasets processed in blocks.
      
      I had carelessly failed to notice the variable for normalisation
      introduced at the previous change was the number of elements in the
      last block, not the desired total number of output elements.
