Dear Duncan,
If you do:
D = spm_eeg_load
and select your TF file in the file selection window you can then use
the syntax D(channels, frequencies, samples, trials) to access the
data.
You can look at:
D.chanlabels
D.frequencies
D.time
D.conditions
To find out what indices to use. For instance squeeze(D(1, :, :, 1))
will give you a TF matrix for the first channel in the first trial.
Just note that the spm_eeg_load part is quite critical for this to
work.
Best,
Vladimir
