In SPM5, the main purpose of spm_jobman('run_nogui',...) was to disable
the job manager GUI. This is obsolete in SPM8. Some control over
graphics output during SPM8 computations is possible by setting the
'cmdline' default to true (either by editing spm_defaults.m, or via the
code above). This might not work in all cases, though...
