Thanks to Lorraine and Liam for responding to these queries.
We currently have 3 URLs for Construction Information Service which might or might not work (we go direct but the same principle applies!).
I certainly look forward to some progress on this.

Subject: [LIS-E-RESOURCES] Technical Indexes Info4Education again!!
Hi
Anybody else still having problems with Technical Indexes? We are
accessing via our OpenAthens and have still had a temporary username and
password since March - I am testing outside our network on a laptop with
mobile broadband. Was supposed to be fixed - but hey no : same old
screens, same 'intermittent' old error messages. It looks like a cookie
as well to set a WAYF screen for what should be a straightforward
OpenAthens login.
As our blog shows, access seems to be up and down more regularly well
than- well, a Technical Indexes service:

I am being told by IHS there is still an intermittent fault and they are
still talking to Eduserv - yet this is a JISC resource that is
significantly expensive - so I would be right in expecting a better
service than this as part of our agreement, wouldn't?
Many thanks
