The two papers by Eurasylum on behalf of the EU Agency for Fundamental
Rights (FRA), on “The protection of the rights and special needs of
irregular immigrant minors and asylum seeking children’’, and on “The
protection of the rights and special needs of trafficked children’’,
have just been published by FRA.
The purpose of both papers was to identify, through desk research,
interviews and case studies, some of the key policy interventions, legal
measures and administrative practices that can best contribute to the
protection of the rights and special needs of trafficked children, and
irregular immigrant minors and asylum seeking children, in the EU.
