Dear SPMers,
I want to identify regions where activation is modulated by time. I have
included linear and quadratic time modulators in the FFX model, and
understand that an "effects of interest" F contrast over the two time
modulator columns will test for time effects in single subjects. I am not
sure which contrast is appropriate at the group level, to take into account
linear and quadratic effects together. Could anyone advise? If possible, I
want to avoid a group FFX, to allow correlation of both activation and
overall effect of time with subject-level variables.
Many thanks,
Paul Wright
