Not much about the paintings really, mostly all about if he was Jack the Ripper or not. Seems like google is going for the tabloid angle on it's search programming. Also if the data is being presented as 'facts', well Walter Sickert + Jack the Ripper = fact? I don't think so.

Subject: Google Squared - collections search?
Google Squared (http://www.google.com/squared) launched yesterday, which, as the Techcrunch article (http://tinyurl.com/r8qyuk) says, 'structures the unstructured data on web pages' and 'looks for data structures on the web that imply facts'.
I played with this last night with trivial (but successful) searches search us 'uk political parties' or 'welsh mountains', but have just realised that it is also implicitly a type of cross-collections search:

http://www.google.com/squared/search?q=monet
Interesting stuff, and yet more (shudder) copyright implications? :)
