Hi,
yes - you can!;) However, you will need to create a edge mask in standard space of your kids template. I think there is a make_edges (or something like that) script somewhere in the distribution that tells you how to do it. You may also look at our 2007 Brain paper because it was quite explicit on that. Then have a look at the siena_flow2std script and edit the relevant calls.
Hope that makes sense.
Cheers-
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] SIENA
Is it possible to run SIENA on children using a template other than MNI152. If I
am right in the voxelvise SIENA statistic part ("siena_flow2std a B" command)
it uses the MNI 152 standard brain automatically. If I had a child template,
could I run the procedure? Could someone help me?
Many thanks in advance,
Balint Alkonyi
