i don't "twig", but i will admit to copying that title --èque and all-- from
some website, without the slightest critical look at it.

yes, that's the one i had, back in the '80s, and i remember its appearance
quite well --a nearly new, unopened copy in original black and red printed
wraps, with a *very* handsome printer's mark-- and the fact that those Protat
Freres from Macon did some mighty pretty printing, en ces temps la.
and i recall that i sold it to the Getty, at a nice markup.
those were the daze.
when a young fellow could make Big Bucks in the Book Bidness.
