The only inappropriate dress I remember seeing is the young lad wearing a heavy overcoat in the height of summer. I thought nothing more of it but it turned out he was selling drugs at the back of the library...

seems to prevail in certain institutions.
Personally I look forward to the warmer weather in Tottenham and the
