Hi,
I would like to use the tbss_sym script. I downloaded the draft
tbss_sym.sh posted on the email and used it to creat the new files
including all_FA_skeletonised_left_minus_right.nii.gz and
mean_FA_symmetrised_skeleton_mask.nii.gz.
I then type the command
randomise -i all_FA_skeletonised_left_minus_right.nii.gz -o
mean_FA_symmetrised_skeleton_mask.nii.gz -1 -v 5 -T
I get the message: "One-sample design detected; sign-flipping instead of
permuting."
However, there was no calculations or output performed.
Did I do this correctly and what should the output be like?
Secondly, on the randomise webpage, it suggested including the (-v 5) in
the one sample ttest if my sample size is less than 20. Should I be
including the -v 5 here as well? Likewise for the usual 2 sample ttest
randomise commands for tbss comparisons.
Thirdly, I try to download the latest released patch fsl4.1.4
sources.tar, how do I use that to update my current fsl software? When I
open it, it cannot be unarchived?
Thanks
Siewmin
