Dear colleagues,
CA 72-4 is known for high specificity. However, first-ever slightly
elevated CA 72-4 is a troublesome finding. For example, I wonder if 115
U/mL (cut-off 6.9) would (still) be compatible with non-malignant
pathology? As ever, sharing collected wisdom is acknowledged.
