Hi Chris,
It is because you have a low number of CPUs. ATLAS have not seen a
high number of CPUs. Perhaps ATLAS/I have the amount wrong. What
number of slots can atlas expect to get to use during STEP ( ie wht is
the size of your farm and the fairshare?) We appear to benever have
seen in production role more than 60 slots.
