Dear All,
Do you offer a "book a librarian" service, using a web form or other means?
If you do, I would be interested to know:
- Do you use a webform? If so, who set it up - the library, or IT colleagues?
- How long can someone book a librarian for?
- Do you offer only set times, or do you ask the enquirer to indicate which date and time suits them best?
- Can enquirers book you for only specific things - for example, advanced literature searching - or anything library related?
- How much use the service gets.
I would be especially interested to hear from libraries in the UK, as most of the examples I have found through a web search are in Scandinavia or the United States.
Many thanks,
Best wishes,
Keith
