This is a known bug in fslview when the file you create the mask header from
(what is highlighted in the image list when you press create mask) is in
neurological convention. Just make sure that your ROI is on the correct
side when you open it (for me, my ROIs were saving correctly, it was just
that the display was flipping). I don't recall hearing any comment on when
a fix will be made.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] strange mask behavior
Hi,
I just observed some strange behavior in a mask I created for probtrackx. I
drew it in fslview to test waypoint masks. First, I loaded in some tracts I
got
without using a way point and added a mask in an area that showed
connectivity to the seed mask. I saved the mask and then reopened it to
edit
the mask.
When I went to edit the new (waypoint) mask, by unlocking the image for
writing, the image flipped left to right!
Any ideas?
This problem is be affecting my ability to do waypoint and termination
masks.
I note that this did NOT happen when I drew the original mask, which has
never shown this behavior.
Thanks,
Matt
