My only other suggestion would be that if you are interested in certain
portions of the frontal lobes, you can always make a mask in FSLview for a
particular voxel, then use "fslmaths mask -kernel sphere #_of_mm -dilD
output_img" to dilate that voxel by a certain radius. Of course, you can
also make multiple dilated masks using this method, add these masks, and
then binarize the resulting mask (not sure if you can dilate multiple points
in the same image though). This would probably help to cover a significant
portion of your ROI, and you could fill in the rest by hand.
