Those are the only fields you need to worry about, but when you update
the SPM.xY.VY structure you should substitute each updated filename
into SPM.xY.VY(i).fname. You should not try to re-read in the volume
structures using spm_vol as that can change the scaling. Remember to
back up your original SPM.mat file before changing anything.
