Dear Elena,
if you want to force the scaling of the colorbar of your activations to
match a specified magnitude window, you can hack spm_orthviews.m l.447
(in SPM5):
mx = max([eps max(t)]);
so that mx becomes instead equal to the upper value of your desired
color scale, eg:
mx = 15;
I am not sure there is a way to obtain the same effect without editing
SPM code.
