Hello,
I saw in some papers that two groups of images could be analyzed, in
SPM99/SPM2 with the "ANCOVA" method. I am using SPM5 and I am trying
to replicate such an analysis, but I am having some trouble finding
how to do the equivalent thing in SPM5.
Does anybody know how to do this? Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

P.S. I noticed that the SPM99 interface has a separate design option called
AnCova, separate from the two-group t-test. This one does not exist on SPM5.
Furthermore, there are some references to ANCOVA here and there in the SPM5
manual, but they seem to refer mostly to PET data only (that's what they
claim). Also, there is another reference to ANCOVA related to global
normalisation, also documented in the SPM book, but I have doubts that using
it would represent the analysis done by the SPM99 feature called "AnCova".
