Hi Savita,
Given that you have the combination of a tutor and a student in each
session, my guess would be you'd need to consent each session separately
as the conditions they're consenting too will differ at each assessment,
and not be known at the time of initial consent - presumably there could
be times when a student consents overall but then doesn't want to have a
specific session recorded, so individual consents will be cleaner. It may
be possible to have a main consent form with the study described in
detail, and then a signature page attached with each session listed,
rather than redo full consent each time.
