Is it bad form for me to say that it's doubtless pc'ly appropriate and she's
a nice person etc etc, but that it seems a sad comment on the choosers'
standard of poem-preferrings?
I had thought UA Fanthorpe a good choice; yet her soul seems to've made a
better choice.
Oh I wish for makars! Does anybody else wish for true inspirers,
stunning-solid poem-makers who sing and grandly scream and jolt and drive
us......who do much more than describe/narrate/complain/confess/confuse?
