Hi Arnau,
ARCo gathers a lof of information about the jobs, users, logs, etc.
The web interface is configurable and you can edit the queries or create
new ones.
In SGE 6.2 there is an important feature respect to SGE 6.1.
Multiclusters are supported in ARCo. This means that, installing one
instance of webconsole and reporting of ARCo, installing one instance of
dbwriter for each cluster, you have both clusters in the same web
interface and you can select the one that you want to see.

About checkpointing, as said Sam Skipsey, the BLCR could be a option to
implement checkpoint with SGE.
