You are cordially invited to the above lunch time seminar which is one of a regular series (every 2nd Wednesday of the month) of research seminars open to all. Please feel free to bring your lunch.
Abstract
The presentation will present results from a quality improvement project undertaken at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital which has dramatically improved outcomes for patients having hip and knee replacement. The results have been previously presented at international conferences and are currently being written up for journal publication.
Biography
Originally I trained and worked as a physiotherapist and have held research posts prior to my current role as Pathway and Research Manager at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital. In this role I combine operational day-to-day managerial duties of running a joint replacement centre with ongoing audit, research, and quality improvement activities.
Apologies for cross posting.
I hope that you can make it
