A problem cropped up late this week on the CUTG website, meaning that
the programme and joining instructions could no longer be downloaded.
We thought this had been resolved, but it seems that the problem has
started again. I am hoping that most people will have kept their
original conference information, but if you have mislaid your joining
instructions for tomorrow, here they are in brief again below. A full
up-to-date programme will be available on arrival.
Alternatively, I have parked a full copy of the conference invitation
document on my personal webpage. There is no link to this document

LOCATION
The 2009 Conference will be held at the York Street, Belfast Campus of
the University of Ulster, from Monday 6 April to Wednesday 8 April.
Accommodation will be at the Park Inn, 4 Clarence St. West, Belfast,
BT2 7GP, approximately 15 minutes walk from the campus.
Representatives of the host department will meet arriving members from
12.00 pm on the first afternoon in the foyer of the Main Building.
Plenary sessions and seminar groups will take place in the Conor
Lecture Theatre, and panels will take place in rooms 82A01 and 82A02,
both in the Main Building.

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
Accommodation will be at the Park Inn, about 15 minutes walk from the
campus. Information on and directions to the hotel can be found at:

Accommodation at the hotel will be booked en bloc by the CUTG.

Conference dinner will be held in the hotel on the first night, while
dinner on the second night will be at Nick?s Warehouse. Tea/coffee and
lunches will be served in the foyer of the conference venue.
