I don't receive JANET tickets outside normal working hours but I note
the following update on the JANET web site:
========================================================================
===========
Routing issues within JANET: Update 29-04-2009 18:30hrs
The issue appears to have now subsided as of approx 17:00hrs and the
cause for this problem is still being investigated.
Preliminary investigations suggest that a router in Bracknell crashed
and may have sent out a corrupt routing update that caused severe
problems to the forwarding tables of other backbone routers.
Further updates will follow as more information is known.
