no idea about GE, ask you MR physicist I would say, she/he should know.
One note: even when you find TR, it is not necessarily the same as the
duration of acquisition of a single (fMRI) scan, when that is what you
need it for (for fMRI modeling). Especially for 3D acquisition TR is
VERY different from scanduration, it is a common misunderstanding that
TR is the same as scan duration possibly due to the omnipresence of 2D EPI.
