Hello all,
Apologies for cross posting.
I have a user who wants to copy recipes to give to patients as part of a
dietetics service.
Does anyone know where these thing stand copyright wise?
I am under the impression that one recipe is the equivalent of one
article in copyright terms but my reader would be delighted if someone
could put me right.
Recipes are not specifically excluded under the NHS Licence. Nor are
they particularly discussed.
Cheers
Alan
